Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Bend Bike 'N Sport

Welcome to Bend Bike 'N Sport - BBNS to the locals. In addition to a full service bike shop, we are Central Oregon's leading resource for all that is triathlon and specialists in cross country skiing gear.

Bike lines include Felt, Yeti, Cervelo, Litespeed, Quintana Roo, and Scott.

We love bikes. We love talking about bikes. We love fixing bikes. We love helping get people to be comfortable, go fast, and have fun on bikes. And we love riding bikes, when we're not talking about bikes, fixing bikes, and helping people go fast on bikes. Did we say we like bikes?

These folks carry nothing but the best equipment and are happy to answer questions with their extensive biking background and knowledge. If you live in Oregon it is worth the drive to check them out!

Shop Summary:
One of the top three shops in town. Excellent bike-fitting. The only shop in town that knows anything about triathlon/multi-sport.

Customer Service:
Awesome. You see the owners working their buns off all the time.

Shop Summary:
Awesome folks, great help 4 sure, even made the guy that didnt know squat (me) feel at home. Great bikes, staff cares about all aspects of the purchase, asked tons of questions about how you ride / will ride 2 make sure you will like it and grow into it as opposed to out of it. Didnt push anything but quality. Very encouraging since purchase too.

Customer Service:
Cant be beat!

Shop Summary:
A pretty high-end shop. Very friendly, helpful. I borrowed a bike from a friend for my wife. The bike had clipless pedals, which my wife doesn't use, so I took it into Bend Bike/Sport. They threw on some platforms and kept the clipless as sort of collateral at no charge. I thought it was very nice of them to do that. They were all friendly, zero-attitude.

Shop Summary:
Fun shop with guys who actually ride working there. Although they may do more road cycling stuff, they actually have pretty decent bike lines in Yeti, Felt, and Scott for mountain. They're not big on free ride/big hit stuff. Employeeds are cool and know what's up.

Customer Service:
Good, especially compared to the rest of the shops in town.
