Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Yes, I received the classic "bait and switch" treatment from Full Cycles when I stopped in to buy a Shimano "Hone" crankset. Yes, I drove 200 miles for nothing. Thanks again for NOTHING Full Cycles. Customer Service: The above comments apply

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I have not been in the shop, but have ordered from their website. I had some questions, so I actually placed my order over the phone. Great selection (call and they have an even larger selection than on their website). Customer Service: They are top notch. They are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable on the phone. Other Comments: I would, and have, recommend this shops to friends. They have some great deals on parts and they have been readily available to answer questions via phone.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Have only used the online store, never been to the physical location. Customer Service: Poor. Ordered a set of wheels. The site showed them in stock and charged my card. Selected 3-day select shipping because I needed them soon.
4 days later, my order status still showed as "Web Process Started." I sent them an email inquiring as to the status. Eventually, got an automated "order canceled -- item not in stock."
Haven't yet received the refund, but it's only been a week.
My main complaint is that they wasted a week of my time and I missed a weekend ride because of it. Will not be ordering from them again.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I have never been to the shop I was looking for a deal on the internet and found Full Cycles. I just bought one of there yeti 575 demo bikes. I talked with Will on the phone he answered all my questions and soothed my anxiety of buy a used bike. He told me the bike would be to my house in seven days. it was there right when he said that it would. they put the heavier spring in the vanilla shock. The bike looks like it is brand new, not a scratch no dirt. I know that they put new tires and grips on it but I could swear that they put new rims and seat on also. I ordered a couple of other Items also everthing was exactly as I ordered. I like to deal with my local shops but the service and prices that I got beat the tar out of my local shops. Customer Service: Out of this world. Other Comments: I won't hesitate to do business with them again.
