Great everyone is really nice and willing to help! Never rude and just really chill and laid back. Other Comments:
The staff here is AMAZING!!! Everyone here rides so you get a good idea of what products work and what does not work.

Trail Head Cycles is a great shop that is dedicated to the progression of freeriding and supports many great causes from WESTSIDE FREERIDE to trail projects. Bernie the shop owner is a crazy Austrian guy that has a real passion for bikes and riding. Jon is not a bad guy either, and one sick rider!!!! Customer Service:
