Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Great shop that really emphasizes service. Owners and staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, and enjoy talking bikes even if you're not buying right away. They used to lead group MTB rides, not sure if that's still happening. Customer Service:
Excellent. No sales pressure, happy to discuss what you're looking for and what they can provide. When I needed a new drivetrain for a race, they got it installed for me the next day, and they cleaned up my bike so that it looked like new! Even rerouted my computer wiring to make it look cleaner. Other Comments:
They may not be the cheapest, but with these guys you get what you pay for. They take care of their customers and back up their service. Out of our 5 local shops, this is my favorite.
