Shop Summary:
Mostly Trek Mountain Bikes from what I can tell. Large selection of parts and accessories. Also special orders are made available.

Customer Service:
I bought my Trek there over 2 years ago. Great warranty service. Their customer service won me over more so than their prices. I'll pay extra special attention and not to mention a couple of dollars more to a place that values their customers.

Every once in a while I'll bring my bike by to accessorize it and they'll throw it up on the rack and give a quick 5 minute adjustment to brakes, chain, etc.

Shop Summary:
Nice guys, very helpful, limited selection of products on hand. However, what they do have is usually higher end merchandise. Having said that, there prices are above MSRP by quite a bit on the vast majority of aftermarket. This has been my experience with them over the last fifteen years or so.

Customer Service:
Very nice and helpful few. Young kids working there are usually pretty clueless.

If you're rich or clueless let them order what you need!

Shop Summary:
Great shop, If Brad does not have it he can get it. He found me the bike I wanted from specialized and gave me a very fair deal. Great service. They put together the SX trail in a medium for me, let me test ride it, then ordered me the large and had it in one week.

Other Comments:
Brad and his hands are great. Fun to talk to and very knowledgeable. Shiloh also sponsors some of the downhill races up on Mount Hood as well as riding in them.
