Customer Service:
Improved by my communication with Scott. They had some internal issues that are now all sorted out. He called and resolved the issue with me. His technical knowledge and committment to making the situation right were strong.

The best judgement is to go see for yourself. They are the only Ventana dealer in the Bend Area. Scott was really knowledgeable about the Ventana line.

I will be giving them another shot in the near future as I shop for a new Ventana Frame.

Shop Summary:
Looks nice on the outside. I did not even get inside. See below. They are the only Ventana dealer in my area. Found them on the Ventana site and called them.

Customer Service:
I had a really poor experience here. Took my Ventana in to have a Fox RP23 installed. Told me they would be open on a particular day (Thursday - I arrived at the shop at 3 p.m.). They refused to install my shock or even sell it to me. The shop was closed even though everyone was there. They expected me to call prior to coming over. NOT a good experience. They were doing repairs and/or modifications to the shop. The manager (forget his name) just walked away from me after telling me he would not help me. Said he would lose his job if he helped me.

The experience on the phone prior to my first visit for the install was so / so.

Long story short... Don't go there. There are much better bike shops in Bend. I just ordered my shock from WebCyclery. Great guys!
