Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Great shop in the heart of Old Willamette area of West Linn. Location was easily accessible and there was lots of parking! Customer Service:
I was greeted by the "shop" dog. My apologies to the furry friend as I have forgotten his name. Phillip boxed my two bikes so that I could pack them in a trailer to be driven to Colorado. I could not afford the fee most area shops wanted to charge. He was gracious enough to help me out! I am still grateful. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He also gave me some pointers along the way. Other Comments:
I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a tune up or is looking to purchase a bike. Thanks again Phillip!
