Shop Summary:
Stopped in one day after a ride to check it out because it's the closest LBS to where I live. Pretty typical. Right next to a rail trail, so they also rent bikes and cater to that crowd.

Customer Service:
A few weeks later stopping in I called to see if I could drop off my bike to have a spoke repaired. The owner answered, and went into this big thing about how I shouldn't expect to have my bike back that night because he's also the mechanic, salesman, etc. Told me about how he spent two hours with a guy the day before and the guy left without buying a bike. So, I don't know what to think, except that he doesn't want to be bothered. I take my bike to Morgantown when I need a repair.
