Shop Summary:
Overall: a great shop. They've got everything from entry level right through to top of the line (at least in the Trek/Fisher family). It's a solid overall shop that caters all riders, not just folks who want to spend thousands on bikes and accessories. (I'm actually in the later category and find this shop more comfortable than most others. Call it personal preference.)

Customer Service:
The guys who work at Bike Line (Arch Street) really get it. They're knowledgable, helpful and excellent people to deal with. Bob and Otis are among the best bike mechanics in Philadephia. No question. They're mechanics and technicians, not just parts replacers. Some Bike Line shops in the region weren't so great but Arch St. (and Bethlehem) are and always have been superb.
