Shop Summary: Genesis bike shop is easy to get to, has unusual, yet practical hours and is an all around awesome bike shop. I recently bought a bike there and I was very impressed by all facets of the business. I experienced low pressure shopping (later on i learned that my sales person was the owner of the shop) and a very knowledgeable staff. Their service after the sale was a huge surprise. They doubled the factory warranty on all the bikes components. When there was an issue with the fork on my new bike, the owner did his homework and fixed the problem, and managed to get my bike back to me in only three days (that included waiting for the new parts from cannondale to arrive)!
They have many bikes and accessories to choose from and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend taking a look at Genesis bike shop
Customer Service: When it comes to customer service, I would give this bike shop an A+. Whether I'm in the market for a carbon fiber handle bar or an upgrade on my wheel set, they do their homework and report back to me always in a timely an honest fashion. They are very knowledgeable, and I have never been steered in the wrong direction. At times, they might be busy when entering the shop, but after waiting a few short minutes, they always greet you with a smile.
Other Comments: The local biking community is fortunate to have a bike shop like Genesis in their back yard. They show their enthusiasm towards all bicyclist in many different ways, such as rides, clinics, demos, and a passion that can't be ignored. If you have any doubts, just check out their website, and click their university key. Any shop that spends this much time teaching people practical and useful biking tips really cares about their customers.

Shop Summary: To start off I like this bike shop. Their is a nice selection of product, and if they do not have it in stock they will go above and beyond to do the research for you as well as do the ordering for you. I have ordered from them befor and within a few days my product was in. I like the fact that they sell Cannondales. I bought a $2,500 Cannondale Rush 3 from them last summer and I did not feel like I was be pushed into the bike at all. I always deal with the owner Thomis(sp?) thats what I do when ever I buy a large ticket item. The crew in the back that work on the bike's are great, and really know what they are doing. The shop is clean, full line of prodcts, and well maintained.
Customer Service: Customer service is good. Thomis and the rest of the sales team are really educated on what they are selling, which I like. They are there to answer any question you have. I never waited more than maybe
2 min's befor I was asked if I needed help. I will continue to give them my busniness as well as bringing my bike there for repairs. They get it done in a timely fashion and they do it right.
Other Comments: I work in NJ, live in PA so I pass 4 bike shops a day and I live a half a mile away from one. When I need something from a bike shop weather it is a part or repair I drive a half hour out of my way to goto Genesis. Thomis is the man!!! go and see for your self it's worth the trip.

Shop Summary: I try to avoid this shop like the plague. I know plenty of good people who have worked there but the owner, Tomias (or however you spell it), is the very definition of everything that's wrong with shop owners in my mind. I live right up the street from this shop but I would never buy any parts from them given the outrageous prices they charge. I often come in looking for tools and small parts since I usually take the DIY route with my bicycle repairs. My last visit there I waited about 20 minutes only to ask Tomias if they had any external BB tools in stock... He stated that they could order one in and then went on rambling about how much it would cost for them to install it... I then went out to the Bethlehem Bike Line and of course Allen had like three different types of external BB tools IN STOCK. I love the fact that my local bike shop sucks so much that I have to get in my car to by bike parts, oh the irony is absurd.
Other Comments: In all fairness they aren't as terrible as they could be, at least the shop has tons of rides to get the community interested in the sport. But I fear I may be right in making the argument that Tomias only cares about making his cake... So just keep that in mind if you go there... Fortunately I look like a scum bag so they never bother me when I go there despite the fact that Tomias obviously forgot I bought a $2k Cannondale off of him many moons ago, I'll never make that mistake again...

Shop Summary: Good selection of product and accessories. Like the hours, as they are open until 8. I think though they are quite expensive and do try to upsell you on everything.
Customer Service: Customer service is good. They offer free classes to learn how to care for your bike and plenty of group rides.
Other Comments: Once again my issue was the upsell trend. I went here first and told them that I was just starting to get into biking. They only wanted to put me on bikes over $1200. I told them what my budget was and they just ignored me. I will go there for parts and accessories but not for a bike.

Shop Summary: Ok been there more than once, but for sure wont be going there anymore. Let me explain. We moved to Easton a few yrs ago. I first went there looking for bars. I knew what I wanted and they had it. Fair price, no extraordinary customer service. I bought them. No issues there. My girl popped out a kid. We needed a trailer. They introduced me to a few they had in stock. Fair price, and it took a little work on their part. I bought it. No issues. My girl needed a new bike. I wasnt there. She showed up with credit card in hand. The owner of all people sold her on a $1500 trek that was too big for her. I confronted him on it. He said that is what she wanted and she even test rode it. I said where. He said in the parking lot... Nice. The bike was clearly too big for her. She tried to make it work. They said they would try to fit her on it. The more she rode it, the madder she got. Also, the bike "somehow" came with a lower end rear shock than what Trek spec'ed on it. I brought this to their attention. They called the trek rep. On a positive note, he gave us an upgraded rear shock. We were very happy about that, but we feel it still does not cover the damage done by the owner selling a girl who didnt know a bike that didnt fit. (we even had a few pros at pedrosfest tell her it was too big)
Customer Service: If you know what you want then customer service is not an issue. They do what they can for you, as any bike shop should. If you dont know what you want, stay away, as they will prolly try to take advantage of you.
