Shop Summary:
Great shop! I have actually been there,several times. Recommended by ride friends, checked it out and bought my Rocky Mt. Element 50 there. (Great xc bike) Took another buddy in and she got a Rocky. Check Justin out or give a call

Customer Service:
After a year of serious riding my rocky developed a crack in the swingarm. Justin took care of it in short order and I was back riding in no time,Thanks again

Other Comments:
There are'nt to many good high end shops around JBMT is the real deal!!

Shop Summary:
I actually have never been to the shop. Shopped online and then bought from Justin over the phone. I got an Ellsorth Epiphany frame. Awesome bike.

Customer Service:
Excellent service. I had a leaky rear shock in need of service and JB did everything they could to make sure the shock was serviced.

Other Comments:
I'll definitely be back in the future for other purchases.

Other Comments:
If he doesn't have it, he'll get it and get it quickly. Excellent service and excellent builds....Much better than other shops for custom orders/builds. Also a pretty decent guy to ride with and hang with...(lose the light beer JB!!)

I live in Europe (Belgium precisely) and I bought from them an ellsworth evolve from the Internet. So actually I never visited them !

Customer Service:
great they really took care of me very nicely, they respond quite well to all my numerous questions and concerns.
So I can only recommend this shop.

JB has it all. I have a family of Ellsworths,(XC, Road, and FR), all of which were purchased and custom built with extra Steaz from JB. This shops ROCKS! Chek'em out, NO dissapointments here!
