Shop Summary:
Fair amount of bikes, mostly lower end models.

Customer Service:
After waiting around for 25 minutes to speak to a salesman (with zero other customers in the store), I placed an order for a bike rack. The salesman said it would be ordered the following day, and would be in by friday at the latest. When I called friday to see if I could pick up the rack, I was told that it had not even been ordered yet and that the manager was waiting a couple weeks until he was making a larger order from that supplier. This ruined my weekend trip to western Carolina. Thanks Bike Line!
