Shop Summary:
Mr. Vitale pretty much hit the nail on the head. Big Bang is def more tailored towards the road bike crowd. The shop is in a convenient location for me, but I've given up on dealing with them strictly on principle. Most times I leave the shop I feel as if I had just been robbed.

Customer Service:
The customer service has greatly declined in the past year. When I bought my bike there about a year ago one of the sales reps was very helpful. Ever since then I've done most of my dealings with the shop's owner, and he seems incompetent compared to some of his employees. I took a bike in for a warranty part swap and was charged $240. And this was after being told it "shouldn't be too much." When I questioned the charges the owner didn't eve have the courtesy to come out and speak to me himself. I called some other Fisher dealers to get price quotes and they were all around $120. The shop installs $50 parts without calling to double check if you're ok with it. They overcharge for all labor, never call during or after a repair, and don't seem to understand how to deliver phone messages. Avoid a headache and avoid Big Bang.

Other Comments:
Keep some weight in your wallet. Avoid Big Bang.

Shop Summary:
Shop has gone from decent MTB inventory to mostly road bikes. They're not to expensive on most parts, but they are EXCESSIVE in labor costs. There's enough good bakeshops in the area that they're worth avoiding.

Customer Service:
Decent customer service when I bought my bike there, they were the closest shop too me and they matched the best price i could find around town. However, i've taken my bike in for several tune ups and repairs. They failed to call me when it was done ( i called them and they're like oh yeah its been done for 2 days). Not a big deal, but it really sucks when you want to ride.

Also, I've taken my bike in for a minor problem, some chain slip. They replaced the cassette and the chain but charged my $10 to install the cassette, and another $10 for chain resizing! Give me a break, that takes 30 seconds, especially of you just cut it to the same length as the old one.

Other Comments:
In my experience it might be a nice place to by a road bike, but their ridiculous customer service and labor prices has sent me to other bike-shops for my Mountain Biking needs, I would Not recommend this place to friend.
