Abington Wheel Wright

Average Rating:    (5 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 5

A small, family owned and operated shop devoted to the sport of cycling. Although more into MTB, they sell all ranges of bikes and in some cases the owner, Miko Wright, has bee known to do some frame-building as well.

Shop Summary:
Slightly geared towards the mountain biker. Always cool downhill and free ride bikes around, plus the latest stuff from trek and niner. HONEST, friendly, knowledgable, and reasonable. I'm primarily a roadie (who road races for another shop) and love this place. If they don't have what I want they get it quickly and at a great price. There is nowhere else I would go for my mountain bike stuff (and the majority of my road stuff too).

Customer Service:
Friendly! At peak hours you may have to wait, but when you're waited on you get their undivided attention. Things get done as promised, on time. Miko understands that when he's rebuilding your shocks that he has your life in his hands.

Other Comments:
great place for a laugh. don't miss any social gatherings here!

Go there for gear, bikes, advice. They have it all for all levels. They also have Saturday AM and Tuesday PM group mountain bike rides and some road rides which are terrific.

Customer Service:
Fantastic. They will stay late to fix the bike. They will offer great advice.

Shop Summary:
Great shop, Great staff, knowledgable employees with a laid back atmosphere.

Customer Service:
Awesome group of people over there friendly, willing to help, and bikers themselves.

Other Comments:
I went to quite a few other shops in my area and this one isn't too far from my work. This isn't the most convenient bike shop for me to go to but I make it a point to go there instead due to the great experiences I have had with my visits to this store.

Shop Summary:
This shop has it all. They have the basic starter and family bikes and can build you anything you want. Miko, the owner, is a very knowledgable bike rider and can hook you up with exactly what you need. They probably build some of the best mountain bikes that I have seen but won't sell you what you don't need. Great selection of bikes and brands. They even have a state of the art computerized bike fit station that I had my road bike set up with. It fits awesome. If you want a special high end bike custom built or just a family cruiser this is the place to go. I know Miko even does custom orders for out of town customers.
