Shop Summary:
Bad customer service.

Customer Service:
Worst customer service ever!!! My husband bought a high end Trek road bike there and they will not service it. The technician said it's too complicated then made a smart comment to him. My husband told him that he will never shop there again. The technician thought it was funny.
I bought a Klein mountain bike there about 10 years ago and they were unable to fix the disc brakes.

Best experience I've ever had in a bike shop. You feel like a customer and the mechanic fixes things right the first time!

Customer Service:
They don't 'talk down' to you like other shops do.

Other Comments:
They fix things immediately!

Shop Summary:
The Lancaster Bike Line is a fantastic shop, whether you're an MTBer, a roadie, cyclocrosser, or BMXer. They have a wide selection of bikes, tools, parts, and bike clothes for anyone, but more importantly, it's the guys there who make the shop. In this world of internet and mail-order depersonalized service, it's nice to roll up to an actual shop where actual riders work and frequent, but it's a real treat to roll up to this particular shop. While it is a franchise, there's no denying the grassroots-small-custom-shop feel that's solely due to the staff, especially Bill, Jeremiah, and Ron, who are there every day.

Customer Service:
These guys treat customers like they're pro riders (even if they, like me, are not), giving expert advice, expert repair, wise upgrade choices, trail info, riding tips, pretty damn funny stories, and a genuine concern that people are on bikes--and these guys can ride like monsters, so they know exactly what they're talking about. I've ridden with them: from cross-country jaunts in Lancaster County Park to a monster session at Diablo Freeride Park. The staff loves bikes and riding, and I count them as buds. How's that for customer service? Not only have I gotten some really awesome XC, AM, and freeride bikes there, but I know bikes in general much more intimately since having gone there.

Other Comments:
There is something strange happening in Lancaster; albeit there are no mountains: there is a freeride scene beginning. Guys I have met at this shop--hanging out--are buying and riding long-travel bikes and milking the local trails and stair sets for all they're worth. We all met through the shop and ride like idiots together: single-speed, XC, AM, and freeride. I cannot count all the good things that have as their hub this shop. If you ride in the area, or are passing through, stop in and meet some really cool people, see some really cool bikes, and stop buying things from people who don't give a crap about you or your biking.

Phenominal

Other Comments:
Bill Bradley can manual anything with 2 wheels(with or without training wheels). Jeremiah has Jedi-like technical prowess despite the fact he claims he lost it when he went to darkside(roadie). Ron will fix any dilema with a bike, just don't stick your fingers in the cage when he is working.
