Shop Summary:
TERRIBLE!!!! One of the rudest people ever works there. Went to the shop for some trail info, the woman working there told my friends and me the trails are all closed for hunting. When we asked for any other ride recommendations she told us there are no trails to ride. She wouldn't even sell us a map. She barley even looked up from her magazine to talk to us.

Customer Service:
THE WORST EVER!!! Ruder than a French tour racer!

Other Comments:
Avoid this place!! Or, if you are in too good a mood and need to get ticked off really quickly... check them out. How do places like this stay in business? Every review I have seen for trails in the area mention how bad this shop is. They are all true.

Customer Service:
Dropped off my cross bike because it wasn't shifting onto the big ring. 4 days later I pick it up and its still not shifting onto the big ring and the cable for the front derailleur pulled out of the derailleur during my first ride after picking up the bike. Unbelievable.
