Shop Summary:
Great, clean appearance to the shop. John and Lisa are very welcoming to anyone that enters the door

Customer Service:
Awesome customer service. John helped me build up a custom Intense 951. Lisa made me a cup of coffee when I showed up to pick the bike up. They worked hard to get the correct fork sent from Fox in time to get the build done for the day I was scheduled to pick the bike up.

Other Comments:
Great rider-owned store. It's a good distance for me to make the trip down to see them, but well worth it. I found them online while trying to buy a new DH sled, and they were great help the whole process. The kept in phone contact with updates on the delivery of parts and building of the bike. I ended up with a season ending injury and haven't had the chance to ride the bike, but they are hosting a demo day in July and I plan on going down just to visit with them and talk bikes. When I'm mobile again, I plan on taking a trip down and getting the bike a good once over before riding again.

Shop Summary:
Rider owned, rider operated, catering to all cyclists, from recreation to road to DH. Specialized, Intense, Yeti, Transition vendor. Not a retail chain by any means. A true LBS run by experts in their field.

Customer Service:
I hate going to the LBS because it usually means I broke something and I won't be able to ride my mountain bike. I try to avoid it by any means any maybe go 4-5x a year. Lately I have been in and out of Cutters several times a month, as they helped guide me through the purchase of a custom build Transition that ended up being the perfect bike for me. John and Lisa walked me through what I was looking for in my build and never once did I feel pressure make decisions I didn't want to make.

Cutters is THE BEST experience I have ever had with a bike shop. John and Lisa, ex- DH racers, keep this shop running with their love of cycling. Customer or not, everyone in the shop is treated with respect and motivation, and are always given the time and the honest answers to EVERYONE who walks into the shop. They are very experienced. Rare to find a shop around here with expertise in downhill and suspension maintenance, and they do an excellent job!

They are rider advocates and will battle the vendors if they have to make things right for the rider. I've been witness to John doing this multiple times, and he has even done it for me.

Other Comments:
An excellent, no pressure shop run by humble riders.
They will work on any bike for you and do an excellent job.
They strive to make the rider happy, and are advocates for good rider experience.
They make you not want to go to any other bike shops.

They are no longer my "LBS" as my new home is 45 miles away, but they are still worth the trip for me, as I know my bike will ride perfect after a trip to Cutters.

Thanks, Cutters, for all the hard work you do!

Dale
