Ray Willis Toys and Bicycles

This is a family run operation, and a great LBS. When you walk into Ray Willis', you have about a 50% chance (or greater) that you will be deal directly with the owner. At this shop, their top priority seems to be customer satisfaction, not profits. The mechanic is good, and turn around time is minimal (i.e., much lass than other locals). Highly recommended.

Shop Summary:
Great staff, great prices, amazing service, all in a local family run operation. Small shop with limited stock, but the service is worth the wait!

Customer Service:
Excellent. If bike shopping, you will most likely be dealing directly with the owner (Mr. Willis), who looks for customer satisfaction, not high profits.

Other Comments:
If you're in the S.E. CT or western S.W. RI region and you break something, you're most likely to get immediate service at this shop.
