You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
They have want you want in stock, carry a huge supply of parts, and are willing to negotiate on prices. The are community minded and run free bike tours with experience guides.

Customer Service:
Always willing to talk bikes. They pack, receive and ship bikes anywhere. It's a working shop in every regard for those who don't stand on ceremony and just want the best service in area.

Other Comments:
Sure, chain stores offer things they don't. Shopping around is encouraged. But you can order anything you want here, even if you see it elsewhere on-line, and rest assured they'll make things right.

Shop Summary:
My wife and I relocated here in Jan of 2007 and this was the first bike shop we came to based on the reputation in the area. It lived up to the hype... The shop is clean, well organized and BIG. They carry a very nice array of bikes and some very nice boutique bikes as well. All around good shop for parts and accessories. But, the staff really impressed me over time. My experience is, you really never get a true impression of a bike shop unti you visit it a few times and converse with the staff. Joe, the manager is very cool, laid back and loves talkin bikes. The mechanics (Adam, Mike, and Tam) are very helpful, fun to talk to and good at their jobs. Can't say enough about this shop...one of the best I have been to.

Customer Service:
Great, if you treat them with respect and are not looking for "the deal" Friendly, but direct.
