You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
The bike shop at Sunrift Adventures keeps getting better. They now offer a great selection of biking apparel. The number of bikes to choose from is growing. The shop is located at the beginning of the new Swamp Rabbit Trail. This bike shop is definately headed in the right direction.

Customer Service:
Everyone who visits the bike shop gets treated like "old friends". The bike mechanics can handle any issue. Great customer service.

Other Comments:
This bike shop has that "local biker" atmosphere! Sunrift Adventures also offers products and services for hiking, boating, camping, climbing, and so on...

Shop Summary:
Bottom (Top?) Line: Visit Sunrift if you live nearby, it's Sunday, and you are not picky about getting an exact certain product.

Sunrift is an excellent outfitter for all manner of outdoor activities. They have a good range of products and knowledgeable/friendly staff. Their store has a dedicated area for road, mountain, and comfort bikes and accessories. They do repairs too.

They stock well-selected products, but are limited by their shop space and attempt to cover the full range of biking styles. If you want "a" bike or component, and live nearby, this is a good place. If you want to select "the" item from a comprehensive set of choices then go elsewhere.

Customer Service:
The cycling area is staffed by people who know about bikes, so you won't get advice from someone who would rather be backpacking and secretly thinks bikers have ruined the mountains.

Big advantage over other are shops: Sunrift is open on Sunday.

Other Comments:
I have not been successful in identifying a single shop in the Greenville area that carries exactly what I need at good pricing. If you're a serious rider then you'll eventually get around to all of them.
