Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Clemson Cyclery

Clemson Cyclery in Clemson SC in 1976 as Sunshine Cycle. Over the years it has grown into a premier bicycle shop in the Upstate. February 2008 marks a turning point for the store with a move to a new building after 32 years in downtown. Now on Tiger Blvd. (Hwy 123) next to Ruby Tuesday we have more floor space, a better shop, more parking, easier access and overall a big improvement in the feel of the shop. A new name and a new building does not make us a better shop but it allows us the ability to do a much better job. Our mission is to advocate cycling, serve cycling enthusiasts and create new cyclists in Upstate, SC. We will achieve this by being active in the cycling community, stocking the best products, offering quality service and making our customers our number one priority. Please come in and visit us soon. We want to hear from you. Have comments? Please let us know.

Shop Summary:
This shop makes me not want to ever order anything online again. The prices are fair and the knowledge is outstanding making this the only bike shop I will visit as long as I stay in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Customer Service:
Outstanding

Shop Summary:
I have to say I've been very disappointed with the service at this bike shop. From little things, such as the staff being unable to use the cash register and it taking several minutes to purchase a four dollar item, to the repair service. I ride a lot but know very little about maintenance. I recently had my head set (?) rebuilt and within a week showed my bike to someone who said my chain was in desperate need of grease (staff did not notice or point this out to me). I also noticed another problem right after I left the store, I suspect this is also a lubrication issue. I need a bike that can provide comprehensive service and education. The new shop is nice but that kind of service is just not available.
