Great Shop, Smart Guys. Have a huge selection of cool bikes and stuff. Customer Service:
The Customer Service is top notch. They know there stuff and don't talk down to you. They ask good questions and try to really understand whats going on. Eric is the best. Other Comments:
If you want your bike fixed right the first time, take it here. If you want an awesome Mountain Bike, go to them and they will fit you with the best for your budget. I recomend all my friends to them for bike needs.
I have had problems with other bike shops in the past and had to use BikeWorx to fix the problems that other could not. This has happened 2 or 3 times. They do not let you down.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Everything you want from an LBS. Customer Service:
Eric is a great guy, customer service has always been a priority when I was there. They helped with a fork warranty, sending it back to manufacturer for me even though bike came from my last residence. Though I do all my own repairs and maintenance, their rates seem typical of a LBS. Other Comments:
I move around alot and do service and repair work myself, but tried to buy something every year to keep a relationship. Good people work there.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
This is a great boutique shop and has a very knowledgable staff. The prices are all fair. They carry a great selection of products and you feel confident that they will steer you in the right direction. The owner also helps maintain the local Spartanburg trails, so he can also talk shop on trail maintenance. Customer Service:
