Shop Summary:
What a joke. I stopped in looking for singletrack and the dude didnt even know what I ment. Great bikes(cannondale) but also a great place to to take grandma.

Shop Summary:
This shop used to be fantastic. There was a manager there named Corey who made the place great. Awesome customer skills, great knowledge, and he put you on a bike that worked for you, not just the most expensive one they could sell. He's moved on and you can definitely tell the difference.

Customer Service:
Went there to buy a new bike. The manager that, in my opinion, made the shop worth going to was no longer there. When I explained the deal and trade-in I had arranged, the guy I talked to simply said, "Well, we can't do that". Absolutely no customer service skills at all. The $70 or so that they saved by not honoring the deal I had will cost them well over $1000 as I buy my new bike, my daughter's first mountain bike, and my son's next bike elsewhere.

Other Comments:
It's a shame to see a quality operation go down the tubes. The owners should take a good, long look at the lack of quality service they are now providing.

The best store I’ve been in. they have every thing I could possible need. Also a very clean and well-maintained store you can tell they put effort and care into the store

Customer Service:
Excellence defined. Knowledgeable sales people, no pressure, great communication and terrific service. Positive customer service was evident throughout the entire process of the purchase. I purchased the Giant Trance 2 and absolutely will return to purchase all of my other biking needs.

Shop Summary:
This is a great store. The guys are friendly, and realy know their stuff. I have bought many of my bikes from their Rapid city and Spearfish stores.

Customer Service:
Great service Dan (service manager)had my bike in and out in a timely order and I knew I would set for my weekend ride with out any concern for a break down. Joe helped get my wife on a bike she was comfortable on and she fell in love with biking. She loves to buy matching cloths and acc. for her new bike.

Other Comments:
Love the fitness selection in stock so I can keep in shape for next seasons riding. keep up the good job guys.
