Racer Shop Summary: The shop it self if large, very nice, and a good looking place. Customer Service: The owner of this shop has the worst customer service of any businesses I've ever been in or heard of in my life. If I'm forced to go into the shop because I cannot wait for an item online or make the trip to Sioux Falls I do my best to avoid Robb and talk to someone else. Over the years I've seen or heard of Robb actually refusing service to people simply because they did not purchase the bike from him. It's worse if the bike came from an online store, or walmart. What kind of businessman (if you can call him that) kicks potential customers out because of the brand of product they have? Multiple times I've made a quick trip in there and been insulted by him. Sometimes he'll be a nice guy, but the next time you stop in he could be a total a$$. If you can help it, go to one of the great bike shops in Sioux Falls or purchase your item online.

Racer Shop Summary: Nice, big, clean shop in a great location on Main in Brookings. Good selection of road, mountain and hybrid bikes, and a decent amount of other gear, prices were pretty typical of most shops I've been to. Customer Service: Terrible. Most of the employees are pretty good, but the owner was very unbecoming. I have heard horror stories from him and how he deals with customers, both looking to buy and looking for bike work, but I didn't really believe it until I witnessed it for myself. Other Comments: Other than a few emergency items, I would take my business elsewhere.
