Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary: My first experience several years ago was good but like another review says, it has gone downhill. They have lost business from me several times because they do not answer their phone or return calls. I now pass this shop up on my way to the best shop NE TN has to offer.
Customer Service: Employees seem arrogant. I was there looking for a cheap headset for a beater bike and all they wanted to sell me was a Chris King.

Shop Summary: When this shop first opened it was awesome. BIG very nice and very welcomed! Over the years the service has gone down hill. Very cocky arrogant associates work there. Have the "I know it all" attitude. Have talked to several people that say they wont go back. Shop nearly as nice and well stocked as it once used to be. Rumors going around all last year that they were selling out. Theres a couple of guys there that are very nice, not to knowledgable though. I would not reccomend this shop if your an average or beginner rider though. Dont ever order anything either, you might get it in 2-3 months. Thats if they remember to order it or get a big enough order to afford to place it. Sorry truth hurts
Customer Service: OK nothing spectacular
Other Comments: Not sure if any of the mechanics are certified or not. Theres at least one thats not
