West Bicycles

West Bicycles is a great locally owned shop, convenient from I-40 and Kingston Pike located in the Village Green shopping center. The shop owner, Fares, is extremely helpful and has a great positive attitude that really puts you at ease when you're in the shop. The other shop staff and mechanics are also very friendly and have in-depth knowledge ranging from bikes and bike components to apparel and accessories.
They feature Lynskey custom fit frames, and offer professional fitting for other frames as well. Maintenance is fast and reasonably priced, and depending on the season and work done, you can often get your bike back the same day. If you are waiting around or browsing for a while, they usually have a fresh pot of gourmet coffee brewed from the Fresh Market next door to enjoy while you shop.
You can read on their site about their involvement for cycling advocacy, race and benefit ride support, and general encouragement to riders of all skill levels. They also feature several road routes starting and ending at their store that range from a scenic 18 mile route to a century. They have markers on the roads to direct you for upcoming turns. The maps are also available from their site.

Shop Summary:
Obviously fares wrote the description of this shop, as if the people that live in this area wouldnt know this......This is a great shop, and for one reason, the manager Kelly. Allways ask for Kelly, ALLWAYS!

Customer Service:
Customer service is good, Fares talks to much though.
