Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great part of town. good open space. many good things, but some bad. shop not as open and accessible as others. doesn't often have deep stock, unless you want a REALLY expensive road bike (new model or not). seems like i see new faces, maybe high turnover. always pushing for nicer bikes, so i will assume they get paid with some commission. Customer Service: i was in once and no one was around. found them behind the back wall in service shop. phone was ringing, customers wondering the sales floor, not enough help. they seemed to have no idea. it was frustrating. Other Comments: there is one person who i have had good service from though. young kid, kind of lanky. think his name is sam. kinda goofy.
