By far this shop and store is the best shop this side of the Missippi as well as in Tennessee .. Great service work with professional bike mechanics that have worked with many of the pro teams you will see in the tour de france as well as teams you see in the u.s. pro tours.. great selection in store items as well as availability in gettin anything you might need in cycling for the mountain biker as well as the road cyclist.. and believe you me this shop has 100% customer loyalty due to their GREAT GREAT customer satisfaction and service!!!!!! Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
MOAB is a great shop. everyone there has been nice and helpful. they have answered all my questions about equipment and bikes to the fullest. they have even sent me home with equipment that was less expensive and in their minds better than what I went there to buy. I have not been disappointed yet. they all seem to know what they are talking about and care that you enjoy there sport also.they treat everyone the same wheather you are looking to for high dollar gear or low dollar gear. They have a great selection in house for equipment. Customer Service:
Customer Service is great they have exceded all of my expectations. they seem to care about what the rider is looking for vs just making a sale and money. one of the sales folks told me " sure I will sell you a $4000 bike but I would rather sell you one that will work well with your skills and needs. Other Comments:
great shop, freindly folks, prices are close to many internet sites and you can walk out with or have them put it on that day and no s/h plus if it is junk they fix it.
