Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
I usually try to find the best deal I can on things since I am keeping up 3 rides. I have 2 Intense and a Haro and regardless if he carries the bikes or not, he can get what I need. The greatest thing about it is he is a rider and not just a salesguy. Basically you have one guy that owns the shop that does his own sales and shop work. He is very adept at all of the above and the deal's are SWEET! I priced a set of Fox Talas 36 RC2's and he beat even the EBay sellers! Customer Service:

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Hampton trails is the best bike shop in upper east tennessee. The shop is small, but packs a lot of biking equipment. Anything you want, Brian can get it. I have been to all the local bike shops in the tri city area and NONE compare to Brian's service, nor can they match his price on anything. He knows what he is talking about and his advice you can take literally without worrying if he is just trying to make a buck. Don't waste your time with other shops, just go to hampton trails and you won't be disappointed. Customer Service:
AMAZING! i didn't even buy my mtn bike there and he has worked on it many times (without charging). Brian truly understands the meaning of customer service and thats the #1 reason why i get everything i need from him.

This is the best shop NE TN has to offer. Brian is always willing to answer question and help you find the best deal. Prices are always great and parts get ordered when they should be. At least 6 shops are closer to me but I pass them go get to Hampton. Customer Service:

Racer Shop Summary:
Absolutely the BEST shop in East Tn hands down! nowhere else can you find prices this low at ANY shop in our area. Comparable to internet prices. Great customer service and very nice atmosphere. Small shop but makes for a great expereince. The closeouts he finds will knock your socks off. If your looking for a new bike dont go anywhere else. Carrys alot more products than he used to also. His name is Brian White stop in and say hi. Has your bike repairs ready when he says he will and hes Barnett certified! Customer Service:
