Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Caney Fork Bike Shop is great. You feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. The shop has everything you would ever need or want for your bike. Customer Service:
After getting bit by the "bug" to ride, I went to Caney Fork for help. I have only been riding for three months. They were so helpful in getting me started with the right equipment. They never just tried to sell me something. They would always try to get the best equipment for my level of riding. Now my daughter and husband are joining in and ,thanks to Caney Fork, we all have bikes and enjoy riding together. They also introduced me to other women that enjoy riding and have been so helpful in increasing my miles. Thank You !

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
This is perhaps the best shop I've been to in Tennessee as far as personal service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dale is very in touch with the sport and will make educated recommendations based on you budget, skill level, and style of riding. This shop carries mainly high-end bikes and accessories and should be your first choice in Cookeville. Customer Service:
Caney Fork is a shop where the staff remembers its customers and follows up on it's services and sales. I.E. I purchased and had a new rear derailleur installed after wrecking my old one. After a few trail rides and a race day later, I returned to the shop to buy a floor pump. Without missing a beat, Dale asked if the part worked well or needed any adjustments. I have been greeted with great service and recommendations every time I visit the shop.
Other Comments:
Forget the guys that sell "bikes" across town and visit Caney Fork Cycles. I've had a good experience here and will expect nothing less from now on.
