Shop Summary:
After recently moving to the Nashville area, I visited the MOAB shop in Franklin. What a great group of guys. They are quite possibly the best stocked LBS that I have ever been in. Much better than any in the N. Georgia area where I am from including any in Atlanta. They carry everything from entry level stuff up to the latest and most expensive components, clothing, and bikes.

Customer Service:
The customer service is excellent. I dropped off my wheels to have them trued and my White Industries hubs serviced and adjusted. They gave me a turnaround time of 3-4 days since their mechanic was out on the day I dropped it off. I received a call at lunch the following day stating that it was ready. Not only did they do a great job, clean my bike for me, but they did it all for a price that left me shocked. What a deal!

Other Comments:
I have been in 3 other shops around middle TN and this one is by far the best. I will absolutely use these guys from now on!

Shop Summary:
I have been in this store several times. I purchased a 9 speed cassette, various park tools, lubricants, grease, and a trail guide. All of these mentioned items were easy to find and well organized. I've also taken my bike there because the bike came out of the box with too much hydraulic housing, so they cut it and re-bled the brake for only 15 dollars! I just went in recently to order two new chain rings for a 2 x 9 setup. Really excited!

Customer Service:
Excellent customer service; the mechanics are second to none, everyone is helpful and insightful, and I always enjoy my time there.

Other Comments:
Wish I worked there!

Shop Summary:
Hands down best shop in Middle Tennessee! MOAB has a wide variety of bikes (mountain, bmx, road and cruisers). Wide selection of bike helmets and accessories. I purchased a 2009 Gary Fisher Hifi Deluxe from MOAB. About 14 months later the rear upper swing arm broke. They handled the warranty and within a week I was riding a Trek Top Fuel 8 upgraded frame with the HiFi's components. They ordered a Yeti AS-R5 and they were their for all my question - and I had plenty! Great bunch of guys and would highly recommend going to see MOAB before you buy your new/next bike.

Customer Service:
Outstanding. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Professional.

Shop Summary:
MOAB is a great shop. everyone there has been nice and helpful. they have answered all my questions about equipment and bikes to the fullest. they have even sent me home with equipment that was less expensive and in their minds better than what I went there to buy. I have not been disappointed yet. they all seem to know what they are talking about and care that you enjoy there sport also.they treat everyone the same wheather you are looking to for high dollar gear or low dollar gear. They have a great selection in house for equipment.

Customer Service:
Customer Service is great they have exceded all of my expectations. they seem to care about what the rider is looking for vs just making a sale and money. one of the sales folks told me " sure I will sell you a $4000 bike but I would rather sell you one that will work well with your skills and needs.

Other Comments:
great shop, freindly folks, prices are close to many internet sites and you can walk out with or have them put it on that day and no s/h plus if it is junk they fix it.

I'd been in a high-speed head on accident with a car about a year ago and my bike hadn't been the same since (not for a lack of personal and professional work, not to mention LOTS of money and time). After a year of recovery I got back out a few months ago and STILL could not get my front de-railer to shift correctly... After only a few days at MOAB she shifts precisely and quietly every time, and only for a 5 dollar charge! I would recommend this shop to anyone, their knowledgeable staff and great selection are bar-none the best I've seen in TN and NC.
