Shop Summary:
Best shop in the DFW Metroplex! "The Duck" carries a wide range of bikes and accessories to meet any rider's needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and seems to really enjoy talking bikes and gear.

Customer Service:
The Duck staff is backs the gear they sell. They will work with you to make sure the equipment you get is match for what you really need. They know the bikes they sell and will take the extra time to understand what you are looking for to match you with the right gear. Something I appreciated about these guys when I bought my last bike was the time they spent to help me figure out what bike and components were the best match for my situation. I walked in the door with a lot of questions and uncertainty about exactly what I wanted to get. One of the owners spent a great deal of time on a couple of occasions with me talking through the whats, wheres, and whens of riding for me to hone in on what equipment would be the best fit. All that attention with no commitment on my part to buy a bike from them. After I bought the bike they have continued to provide maintenance any time I have needed it and advice on the care and upkeep of the bike to ensure I have the best possible ride experience.

Other Comments:
This place rocks. Whatever you need these guys can get you set up. Great gear, great service, great shop. Don't pass it by.

Shop Summary:
The hands down best shop!!!
They do not carry only high-end bikes. I purchased my Cannonade F5 from them, however they treated me like it was the most expensive bike on the market. I could have not asked for a better experience from the whole staff.

Customer Service:
The staff is more than you could ever expect. The mechanic even came out from the back to walk me over the bike. They measured me, and made the bike a perfect fit for me. What a difference!!! They cut the bars and shortened the stem for me at no extra charge.

Other Comments:
110% First choice for any bike accessory, well worth the drive!

Shop Summary:
Boutique bike store carrying mostly high end brands but with a very laid back attitude. If you want a high end custom bike(mountain or road) with excellent service after the sale, Mad Duck is one of the best shops in the DFW area...probably in TX.

Customer Service:
Cusomer service is very good and is what keeps me coming back. You are typically dealing directly with the owners as opposed to hired help with other shops.

Other Comments:
Great bike shop. I've bought 4 bikes from the Duck. The reason I keep coming back is because of the service and product support.
