Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Ricardo and Hunt create an inviting, "clubhouse" atmosphere, into which a continual train of avid-cyclist/customers file. Every time I visit, I have an opportunity to participate in friendly, bicycling-enthusiast conversations, which serve to stimulate and educate interlocutors on the great sport of bicycling. Ricardo's and Hunt's enthusiasm for the sport is contagious, and the sport's fans tend to gravitate there for the cycling fellowship. Customer Service: I can comfortably endorse Revolution Cyclery's (RC's) customer service as first-rate. Where typical shops would sacrifice service for expeditious profit, RC's staff puts integrity first. Go there, and you'll get honest advice, without fear of facing a "car-salesman-like" agenda and pitch. I've spent thousands of dollars at RV, and was inclined to spend more, but RV's staff counseled me against it-- advising that the additional expenditures I was contemplating were unnecessary. Other Comments: RV has spearheaded efforts to broaden the appeal of cycling in the El Paso community. The Staff is to be commended. Group rides are planned and orchestrated by the Shop, and sport-enthusiasm is the sole participation criterion. It is a tremendous boon to a newer cyclist's safety and mentoring to have the opportunity to ride with RV's experts, free-o-charge.
