Shop Summary:
Excellent shop for riders of all levels and sort. BH has lots of brands to choose from, road, tri, mountain, comfort and kids. This shop is a little intimidating for the novice. Once you walk in, you see several extreme bikers picking up their super-road machines from its recent tune up or even a group of high-end bikers discussing their last group ride. Don't let the clients scare you, you're at the right place. Bike Heaven prides itself on quality and that is all you will get there, be it in a cruiser for around the block or a "uber" high-end Italian road machine to tour the south of France. BH has great depth in understanding what it takes to meet your needs for riding. I have used them for the last three years, buying everything from mountain bikes for my kids to a super triathlon bike my wife ordered for my birthday. They even assembled a road bike a purchased online. Always helpful and always remembering your name this shop really wants to be your do-it-all LBS!

Customer Service:
As stated before, BH has excellent customer service and better bike repair & tune up service. They also welcome your bike back for break in adjustments after purchase. Even my kids love to come visit because BH also runs Bike Rodeo's at area schools (my 10 yr old won a medal!).

This shop also has extensive network of special order manufacturers that can make lots of special bikes that your heart can yearn for!
