Customer Service:
I have purchased 5 Bicycles from Bikes Inc, I keep going back because of the service after the sale, and the Salesman Knowledge.

I have purchased 3 bikes for myself, 1 for my wife, and 1 for my daughter. I respect the way they back up the purchase with lifetime adjustments, this is critical for keeping dependable equipment and for rider safety.
