You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:

Home town bike shop carrying Tomac and Intense at the time of visit. Also handle used and recreational bikes.

Shop specializes in hands-on customer service. This is not a boutique outfit.

The spend a lot of time handling repairs and maintenance of customer equipment.

Customer Service:
The shop is very customer-friendly. They have a small-town atmosphere in their shop. They are very much into the regional and local bike scenes so you won't be disappointed with the information you receive.

Other Comments:
Overall the shop is really predicated on customer service. It appears like they drive a lot of repair business through there. They take time to speak to you. And they will special order whatever you want - just look through their catalogues or give them a description.

I like their honesty. They aren't driving a fast buck. Their apparel is limited but moderately priced.

This is a bike shop with a flair for customer service.

They also have weekly rides when their schedule and the weather permits it. They are talking about having some repair and maintenance classes. Their website is a very good one.
