Crazy Cat Cyclery - (Redd Road location)

Average Rating:    (5 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 2

Many bikes in stock, both road and mountain (emphasis on mountain). Pretty large shop. They stock Trek, Specialized, and Gary Fisher mainly, but I have spotted Santa Cruz, Intense, and Yeti bikes as well. From my experience, they can get you anything they don't stock as fast as the manufacturer can get it to them, and their service is excellent. The staff is also very passionate about bikes and knowledgeable. Beginner or Veteran, they can help you out.

Also, there is a second Crazy Cat on Mesa Street.

Shop Summary:
Friendly & Knowledgeable personnel and great variety of bikes. Depending on your taste, you can go to any of their 3 stores. My entire family buys with them.

Customer Service:
awesome service and great attitude. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years for these reasons...

Other Comments:
I recently took into their Airport Store a family that was biking across america (from Florida to California) and needed many repairs and maintenance to their bikes. Crazy Cat personnel and Manager took care of them with amazing customer service, labor and parts.

Shop Summary:
Great staff and very knowledgable. You have to ask for Duncan as he's the kewlest dude in the place. He rides a sick Intense rig and is a warrior often riding to & from work via some killer trails from the Westside mountains. He can assist in anything from new bike selection to installs as he's one of the tech's too. He is focused on getting you what you need and not pushing upgrades unless you ask for them. He's there to get you the best for your budget and a true advocate.

Customer Service:
Ditto as above with Duncan being a true advocate for riding and enjoying the thrill.

Other Comments:
Definitely recommend them as they now have 3 shops, One on Redd focusing on alot of killer MTB's and roadies, One on Mesa (Cinncinati Street by UTEP) which carries mostly roadie stuff and few MTB's, and the newest one on Airway/Mesa (by the ELP Airport) that is a beautiful store carrying both Roadies and MTB's. Ask for Rob at the Mesa one by UTEP, J.R. or Belen at the Airway store, or Duncan at the Redd Rd store. All will guide you to your favorite ride!
