Don Johle's Bike World

Average Rating:    (5 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 1

Road, Mountain Bikes and BMX are the three main focus points of this shop. The owner, Don Johle was a big name BMX racer back in the late 70's and early 80's.

Preston who is the Service Manager works magic on customers bikes to keep them in tip top condition.

The rest of the staff make it their gaol to help everyone that walks through the door whether they buy anything or not. They are all very knowledgable and friendly.

Shop Summary:
The Shop is full of bikes :) Cannondales are their flagship brand and they carry both road and mountain bikes from Cannondale. GT is their flagship BMX brand and they have a large selection in that area as well.

Customer Service:
They have the best customer service hands down. They are the only shop in the Dallas Area that will do free gear/brake adjustments for a YEAR, on any bike they sell. They will spend the time with a customer and answer any and all questions to make sure the customer has enough information to make an informed decision.

Preston, the Service Manager is a wizard with bikes. When you bring a bike in for tune up or a repair, he always checks everything to make sure there are not any trouble spots else where and if there is, he will tell the customer so that they are aware.

Other Comments:
Buying a bike, accessories, etc from them is a no brainer. They support the local bike association and hold rides at area trails.
