Shop Summary:
This shop is amazing if you need something done Jaimie can do it from rebuild a fork to build a custom bike he is very knowledgeable about just about any bike part or bike. He also tries to get everything done that same day

Customer Service:
Jaimie's customer service is bar none and he has tuned my bike for free MANY times and if you buy a part from him he will install it for free and i dont know of any other shops that do that

Other Comments:
I live buy a BIG name bike shop and i would rather drive about 15 miles to Drop Zone because of the services and prices

Shop Summary:
Drop zone is a small one man operated shop, specializing everything from XC to freeride, to all out downhill, basically anything that rides on dirt. He has the best prices in town and can recommend something for any budget.

Customer Service:
The prices cant be beat, but it is the service that makes drop zone my favorite shop. Jaimie (owner) is very friendly and and cool to talk with whenever your in the shop, weather its about bikes, trails, or pretty much anything else. He is also genius when it comes to bikes, can pretty much set up or fix anything in a few minutes. also If you get your bike from him he will help you take care of it for free :).

it is a one man shop so give him a call before you stop by to make sure he is there.

Other Comments:
i go on rides with the owner and a couple other people whenever i can, and he will make you a better rider no matter what you skill level is. i say this from experience :).

if you ever see a group or people riding freeride bikes with full face helmets riding any of the local trails or downtown (Thursday nights) he is probably leading them.

Shop Summary:
If you dont want to read the whole thing: Hole in the wall bikeshop, with AMAZING service (same day in most cases, owner said). AMAZING Prices to match, go here and you will not think twice about leaving where you are now....

Long Story: I found this place only because my normal bike shop had a bit of a turnover time (3 days) for a quick tuneup for just my derailleurs and a quick look over the bike before a trip. I was planning on leaving that day ( i know bad planning) so i needed the bike done quick.

Everyone I called ( must had been at least 8-10 shops had a backup of at least the next day at closing, with some of the latest being nearly a week later. Not to mention the price they were wanting to charge me was a full tuneup charge (which I was willing to pay, but of course thought it was a bit much for what i needed done). These prices ranged from 45-125 dollars.

I was getting desperate and was just about willing to pay a higher price if i could have it by the end of the day. Then I called Drop Zone. Found the listing through Google Maps and he asked what I needed I told him a quick tune up and look over. He said to bring it in and he could start to work n it now, I asked how much he said $5! I was like wow and then he told me same day!

Took my bike in and started talking bikes with the owner. He started work on my bike right then! He was working on another bike when I arrived and I told him i didnt want to jump lines or anything, but he said it would only take a few.

Sure enough within 10 min he had my bike done. He has his bike stand and all his tools nearly in the middle of the store so we chatted the whole time. He ended up finding a few things that i didnt even know needed to be fixed. I was pretty impressed and the more we talked he said that he does everything he can to get bikes in and out the same day.

The guy knew his stuff Apparently he is a frequent biker and has his downhill bike in the shop, and it was a beauty. I ended up staying for about an hour just talking to the owner, one of the most friendly individuals i've ever met.

To top things off I asked him how much I owed him since he ended up doing more to the bike than i anticipated, he said, "Nothing, just bring me lunch or if youre feeling generous a case of gatorade next time you come in". Amazing service, Awesome guy. Will definately be going back, gatorade in tow....
