Shop Summary:
Medium sized bicycle store conveniently located right outside of Frisco. They mainly carry Cannondale and GT, but I have seen some other brands in there too. Pretty heavy on mountain, but they do have road bikes and BMX. Ridiculous amount of Schwalbe tires - like every model. Decent amount of nutrition and clothing. Store does not lack anything per say, but just not as large as some other shops around here... may not be such a bad thing.

Customer Service:
This is where this store really does it for me. The customer service is outstanding. When you walk in the door, you will be greeted and asked if there is anything you can be helped with. If you say you're just looking, they'll tell you to let them know if there is anything they can help with and will leave you alone. You will not be hounded in this store. If you tell them your budget is $1000 they will not show you $2000 bikes, and if your budget is only $500 they won't tell you to go to WalMart (true story from a co-worker who went into RBM and was told that they do not carry any bicycle in the $500 range and directed them to WalMart). If you ask for their opinion, they'll give it to you but only if you ask them. Prices are right on point and stock levels are good. I have *yet* needed to wait for anything to be ordered in. They get a little busy sometimes, but they will get to you. The only time I go elsewhere is when I need shoes, but I'm told they will start carrying shoes this Winter.

Other Comments:
The only thing that would make this better is if they had a better website. Website is basic and does not tell me what they have in stock.

Shop Summary:
Took my MT bike in for new tires & tune up. Shop is small but good selection of bikes and parts and liked the owners. They were quick on the turn around time and bike is working great.

Customer Service:
A++
Friendly & knowledgable. They let my kids play with their dog, allowing me to have an uninterrupted conversation - very rare.

Other Comments:
Excited to have a local shop with actual local riders. Prices were reasonable, convenient location, did not feel like I was being "pushed" to buy anything.
