Shop Summary:
nice shop.

Customer Service:
Bad. Bash my pedal on stand over and over. Slamed my chain in to spokes. Being a mech myself thats a nono. If you value your bike don't take it there. Take it to nrc in kyle.

Shop Summary:
By far the worst shop, I went in there to get a new starnut installed in my fork. I told the owner to just push it down further so that the new starnut could be installed. the owner insisted that we needed to get the old one out because it would add weight.....ya. Then I had to take the old starnut out because he messed it up so bad and then installed the new one. So in the end, I had to pay $25 to remove the old starnut that I just wanted pushed down in the first place and then install a new one and I did all of the work.

Customer Service:
Horrible, always tries to sell me something when I would go in there and would tell me that the bikes that he had for sale were better than mine. And I would tell him that I didnt really care, and then he would tell me that I got a bad deal on my bike and that I shouldve bought from him....I know that I got a good deal on my bike because I got it for hundreds less than what EVERY single other one that people were selling.

Shop Summary:
great for fixed gear bikes, and low end mountain / road / hybrid bikes

I will stop by there every once in a while to use a bottom bracket tool or something along those lines. Fairly cool guys, but DO NOT let them work on your bike. they know what they're doing pretty well, but the labor charges will hit your wallet hard.

The parts found at the shop are priced at MSRP or even a little above, and most of the time it would be cheaper to order items online (AND ship them) than to buy from the hub.

Customer Service:
nice guys, ridiculous labor fees

Shop Summary:
By far my favorite shop. I'm always glad to have an excuse to stop by, as The Hub has the hard to find combination of being laid back and fun without compromising first-rate service. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. As mechanics, they can fix anything. As bike brains, they have an astonishing mental catalogue of all things bike (and then some). And as cooks, my god!- stop by for beans if you can.

Customer Service:
Fast, effective, and personal.

Other Comments:
Also a good source to find out about bike events, what's going on in the San Marcos community, and the area's best routes.

Shop Summary:
The Hub is the place to go for anything bicycle related in central Texas. From products to customer service, The Hub by far provides the best out of any shop I have ever visited. My favorite thing about the Hub is they are the only shop that is opened on the Sundays! With competitive prices and great service, the Hub is the place to be.

Customer Service:
Great Customer service and Beans and Rice for local riders every Thursday.
