Big Wheel Cycles

Big Wheel Cycles used to be called Discovery Cycle, but they changed their name back in January '08. The ownership didn't change, though.
All the people who work there are really great, and really do their best to find the right product for the customer. They really try to get to know the customer, and don't sell them anything they don't want/need. Their repairs are done promptly, usually by the next day, and are always done well.
Big Wheel Cycles is a small shop, which means that everybody who works there is responsible and accountable for their services. At bigger shops, employees are given a lot more leeway, and are free to make mistakes. That's not an option at Big Wheel, because any mistake the employee makes is immediately noticed, and reflects poorly on them, and on the shop. Everybody at Big Wheel has a vested interest in making sure the customer is satisfied and that their work is impeccable.
Big Wheel Cycles is a great shop, and I wouldn't take my bikes anywhere else.
