Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Freewheeling

Excellent service with offerings split 50/50 between mountain and road bikes. A good place to go if you are looking for older parts also.

Shop Summary:
What I think of as "Old Austin" and the place I bought my last bike.
Recently I needed a new helmet so I went in out of loyalty and eventually picked out a $90.00 item.
It was my turn at the checkout when the clerk turned to someone who had just arrived, then glanced at me and breezily announced, "You can wait."
I think he was quite confident about his spur of the moment choice.
I know I was quite confident there were numerous other shops to buy a helmet from.
I went and found one.

They will earn my business on a regular basis.

Customer Service:
I recently purchased a Trek 6500 and received the greatest customer service from this shop and two of their employees. I also bought additional small items and the employees were very helpful with any questions I had.
