Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I called ahead to see if they had the bike (giant boulder se 12.5") in stock, the guy went to look and told me they had three.
The next day I wen there with my girlfriend, for whom the bike was for. When we first got there we had to wait a few seconds for the two workers to finish up their story, kinda annoying but not too bad. The real kicker is that once we finally got their attention it turned out that they actually didnt have ANY of the 12.5 se's in stock. So when I asked if they could order one so we could try it they wanted us to pay 20% down. I have never had a bike shop be unwilling to order a bike in my size. Customer Service: Everyone makes mistakes, but they were also not that friendly. There are better bike shops in Austin.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I bought my bike there about 6 months ago. They were very honest about what type of bike to buy. They didn't try to sell me a $2000 bike, instead they sold me a bike that does what i need it to do. They were vary helpful every time i went in to look (I shopped around a lot). They carry a large selection of bikes in the store and also larger selection of accessories. I liked the 2 free tune-ups that they give you with the purchase of a bike, also they give you 15% off accessories for a year after the purchase of a bike. Customer Service: Great!!!!! I have been in there many times with stupid newbie questions and they have always been very friendly.

Cross Country Rider Customer Service: Good, quick. Other Comments: Maybe lowest cost rentals in town: $70 for a week, Giant hard-tail. Very good condition bike. Had a good time. On return, they only looked at the bike for 25 seconds to see if there was damage. They have dual suspension, too. Since I got just what I wanted, for a price I could afford, I guess I'd have to give them a 5.
