I added this bike shop so read the opening comments for summary. Customer Service:
The customer service is really good. If you are in the market for a Gary Fisher or used bike, come here and not Cycle Sport. They really take the time to talk to you and provide what you need. I am not trying to knock cycle sport either, but i understand their prices are higher so why bother? What are you paying extra for? Not customer service...The owner of Discovery is a good guy name Fred, who i just met for the first time today after going there a few times. I was really impressed with the time he took to work on my bike while having me in the repair area with him sharing stories.
