Shop Summary:
From the first impressions on entering to the time I left with my Kona Major Jake I enjoyed every minute of my dealings with this bike shop.

The shop sponsors a bike team and maintains their bikes - so they know what they are doing and as it is a small family business you know you are their No 1 customer when you are speaking with them.

Customer Service:

I saw over the two days I was slowly deciding on a bike all kinds of people buying bikes, and in each case all received the same friendly service - two couples who clearly were in need of exercise and wanted something to ride round the lake on, a sultry princess who was looking for a bike to act as a fashion accessory (a hilarious moment of straight faced customer service by the guys behind the counter who incidentally made no comment about the occasion after she left) gym-thin bike enthusiasts, many others and me a guy who wanted a cross country bike and did not know how much to spend or what was suitable. They gave me tons of help and advice

Other Comments:

The guys were patient throughout, kind to me and my small daughter and I left a very happy customer and with a very good deal that was better than I was offered at two other places
I wish them well.

Shop Summary:
pretty awesome shop. Boyd (owner) is very friendly and knowledgeable. John the mechanic works miracles. They have a lot of the trick stuff that the bigger local shops don't have. A lot of eye candy, its always fun to see what new killer bike is on the rack. Lots of 29ers too. Definitely recommended.
