Racer Shop Summary: looks like a real shop.....LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!!!!!!!! Customer Service: I agree with the last poster about the whole store credit garbage. What happened to customer service? I bought my wife some cycling clothing (shorts and two jerseys) for her birthday from them. One of the jerseys that I bought her turned out to have some stitching issues and did not fit right. We returned to exchange it for another jersey.
The store did not have anything in stock that would fit her(in any style that she liked). I had the receipt and they would only give me store credit for something that they did not have. The jersey had never been worn and was purchased only three days earlier. What a total crock of sh*t. Save your time and money. Support stores that care about real cyclists. I had to use the store credit to buy an extremely overpriced chain along with some lube etc... Other Comments: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I SPEND TONS OF MONEY ON CYCLING PRODUCTS EVERY YEAR. I BOUGHT PARTS AND SUPPLIES AT SHOPS IN MS,TN, AR,TX,CO,UT,AND LA AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY.
RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!
DON'T SAY THAT I DID NOT WARN YOU!!!!!

Racer Shop Summary: nice store, stupid employees! Customer Service: I went in to buy a pair of SpeedPlay Zero pedals and ask if they have any. They show them to me and I buy them. So I go to put them on my bike at home only to find out they are a different pair. (they look identical so I didn't notice.
I take them right back and they tell me they are the same, I explain to them that the Zeros have the option of changing the float from 0 to 15 degrees. They then say they don't have them and that SpeedPlays are crap and I should buy a pair of Looks that are $30 more.
So I buy those and put them on my bike. I bought my shoes today and installed the cleats. I go to clip in and find they won't work. They gave me the wrong cleats! I go back and tell them about it. The person says they don't have the right cleats and they would have to order them, I would get them in 7 days! They also tell me they only give store credit even though they made the mistake!
I ended up buying the original set of pedals back since they are close to the ones I wanted, the Light Actions have a fixed float at 15 degrees. Now I will have to go back and spend the money they gave me store credit for!
I will never go back after that! Other Comments: If you can't give a customer the right product not once but twice, how do you stay in business?
