You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Sun & Ski - Champions

Typical wares of a Sun & Ski store. One major warning: the staff upsold me on a different model by telling me they would throw in a "speedometer valued at $50" for free.

I went back to Sun & Ski the next day and noticed they were selling the speed-o for $10.

After I realized the staff wasn't as friendly and honest as they appeared, I decided to check my receipt. Guess what!?! They charged me for the speed-o anyway!!

LIARS!

Don't be as careless as me. Sun and Ski will rip you off.

Shop Summary:
Excellent service, good selection, and good prices.

Customer Service:
I purchased my first mountain bike in 2006 and I'm glad I bought it at Sun & Ski in Champions. I checked out nearly every bike shop in town and all had quality bikes and experts in the field to guide me with my purchase but S&S Champions has Pay As You Play and that sold me! Pay As You Play is like a regular lay-a-way but instead of waiting till your lay-a-way is paid off you get to take the stuff home the day you sign up for it! Pay 25% down and leave three postdated checks (one each for the next three months) of 25% and walk out the door with your stuff. My original budget was for $500 but with the Pay As You Go I was able to afford a much nicer bike plus all the stuff I needed and I was able to spread out the cost over the next three months. There's no interest charge either. And before you ask, NO, I don't work for S&S. I'm a hotshot courier.

Other Comments:
As I mentioned I bought my bike in 2006 and since then I've brought it in for minor adjustments as well as a few upgrades. S&S has never charged me for any minor and not-so-minor adjustements and usually doesn't charge me for simple installs. I feel like I'm getting away with robbery with all the free stuff they do for me. If I need serious work done they do it at a very resonable price. S&S is top notch in my book!

Shop Summary:
My visits to Sun & Ski have been great!!! Great customer service, on the sales floor and in the bike shop.If those guys don't have a certain item, they're cool enough to tell you the best, and fastest way to get it...whether it's from them or someplace else. I've never seen that at any other shop. They have a wide selection of bikes. This is the store I bought my Moto-lite, and man, this bike is a mean machine!!!! If anybody has had a bad expierence at some bike shop, you should give these guys a try. The staff was cool and down to earth. My kind of shop!

Customer Service:
When I walked into the bike area, I was greeted by a bike mechanic and sales guy, within 5 minutes. I've been to other stores (not saying any names), and I would walk around for almost a half hour, until someone asked me if I was looking for something. Customer service is key in a shop, and these guy have it. A friend told me about this shop, and because of the customer service, I've always been comming back. If you have a problem, these guys will fix it. One of the managers always says " No problems, just solution!", and I believe them!

Other Comments:
Go in and see for yourself! These guys are great, and seeing is believing! oh yeah, and the cashiers aren't bad looking either!
Cheers!

Shop Summary:
Decent selection of stuff. The guys that work the bike shop are ok, but the youngsters that work the floor talk like surfers with the raaaaadd and faaaarrr out lingo and act like experts in every department, every sport. They try to recommend things for you without knowing anything about you---I go in specifically for X, they try to sell me Y,Z,W, because its much cooler than X. Buzz off fellas!

Customer Service:
see above.

Other Comments:
I go there as a last resort to avoid the annoying staff. The guy who works the bike shop is o.k.
