Racer Shop Summary:
I started going to this shop about a year ago. Some people I ride/race with have a preconcieved notion that it's not a "real bike shop" because they sell products not related to bicycles, also. Whatever. I race on their cycling team now and the company really seems to support the whole cyling sport from top to bottom. Customer Service:
I usually deal with the same guy when I go in but I've had pretty good luck with whoever I talk to. It's pretty much the same 2 or 3 guy's. The mechanical service is dependable, too.

Anyway, I just thought I would give a shout out to the shop that has taken good care of me over the past year.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Full service shop sells several brands and services all bikes. Sells Haro, Bianchi, Marin, Scott, Colnago, Titus, Rocky Mtn in stock and several other brands by special order Look, Ellsworth, Titus custom, Niner, IF. Customer Service:
Sales staff worked to get me the bike that I wanted, though they have several other shops they did not have what I came for (from the Rocky Mtn site) they ordered the bike for me... took about two weeks, coming from canada..., but when it arrived god she was so good looking
