Shop Summary:
Shop Manager is very helpful, small shop with huge shop feel. what ever they didn't have, they would get for you.

Customer Service:
Josh, the manager was very helpful, i went into the shop with no pressure, no one forcing what they wanted me to buy, and no bad talk of other bike makers. I went in wanting that which was lower design then what i would be looking to get into the very next year, Josh noticed it and assisted me in getting a bike i would grow into vs one i would grow out of. It says a lot for some one,

you can also tell everyone there were bike riders and knows what a FNG looks like with out making me feel like a FNG.

Other Comments:
I have already bought 2 bikes there, and will be buying more bikes for other family members.

I was left with the impression that regardless of the amount of money i was spending, from several thousand to several hundred, it did not mean anything to them. thats the kind of shop i can see myself going back to when i have questions and needs.

Excellent medium size bicycle shop.

Customer Service:
All personnel from showroom sales to the maintenance department are very pleasant and helpful. They are agreeable to promptly orderring bike items which are not stocked in the store. A nice organization to do business with.

Shop Summary:
Small shop with limited complete bike selection. They do have a grassy field out bike for test riding the bike which is nice to get a feel for how the suspension and frame behave under mild terrain. Sales are low pressure. Have not spend enough time with the personell to establish opinions on their knowledge. Ron is their tech, he definately seems confident.

Customer Service:
They took care of my needs, which were simply investigating a new MTB purchase.
